Sand Blasting and media blasting

Sandblasting

Our team utilizes a wide range of abrasives, from aluminum oxide, steel shot, glass beads, amongst others to reach preferred profile and finish before coating. Sand blasting is crucial to powder coating because it effectively prepares surfaces by removing rust, grime, and contaminants. This process ensures a clean, smooth substrate, which is essential for achieving a durable and flawless powder coating finish.

Industrial Sandblasting

Our partners utilize advanced sandblasting techniques to prepare a wide array of materials and parts for powder coating. They employ various media types to achieve optimal surface profiles, ensuring superior adhesion and durability across diverse substrates. This process enables efficient treatment of large components, guaranteeing a pristine finish that meets rigorous powder coating standards.

High-Pressure Blast Cabinets

We offer an in-house blast cabinet dedicated to precision sandblasting of smaller parts, ensuring meticulous surface preparation. This capability allows us to deliver consistent quality control and expedited turnaround times, providing our partners with a streamlined, end-to-end solution for their coating needs. Our blast cabinet is equipped with advanced dust collection systems to maintain a clean and environmentally friendly workspace

Vapor Honing Technology

Vapor honing smooths surfaces with the use of abrasive media and water. This process eliminates negative characteristics such as media impingement and is reliable for prepping aluminum because it’s doesn’t damage or pit the part.

Aluminum Material

Unlike traditional blasting methods, vapor honing is gentle on delicate parts, preventing damage and distortion while effectively profiling aluminum without damaging your parts.

Aluminum Castings

effectively cleans and prepares aluminum castings by removing residual mold release agents, oxidation, and surface contaminants, ensuring a clean substrate for subsequent treatments like coating or painting.

CNC Parts Deburring & Finishing

It is gentle enough to deburr delicate materials without causing damage, making it suitable for a wide range of CNC machined components, including those made from alloys, plastics, and composites. This capability ensures parts meet strict quality standards and functional requirements post-machining.
